We accept credit card payment through SECPay and PayPal. We also accept Cheque.
Any purchase over 250 pounds please pay by BANK TRANSFER. Thanks for your cooperation.

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

PayPal

The payment system supports MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Visa Delta, Solo and Switch.

If you would like to pay by cheque, please submit an order through our online payment system. Cheques are payable to 'Excel Digital Ltd'. Please write your name, order number and contact details on the reverse of your cheque.

Tax

The total price of any order will only include the applicable sales taxes. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

All sales to customers in the UK will incur VAT at 17.5%. Our system will ignore entries made by customers from the UK for VAT exclusion.

Customers from EC member states are charged UK VAT at 17.5% unless you have a business registered for VAT and are able to provide proof of your country code and VAT number. Orders received from outside the EU will be automatically charged without VAT.

Security Guarantee

Shopping with us is safe and secure. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. You can be assured that the information you give us is confidential. We do not sell, rent or share information of our customers with other parties.

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization credit will appear on your statement within one to two bank statements, this can vary depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transactions. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

Shipping

As all orders are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special delivery they will therefore all require a signature. You must be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for like your place of work or a neighbour.

Products are shipped by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. In U.K. Shipping methods Delivery Charges (service charge included) Registered Delivery  £4.0 Special Delivery  Royal Mail Special Delivery is a must if you want to receive items as fast as possible. The additional charge for this special service is at £2.0 per item.
